Wealthy and powerful, Antonio Mancini runs his family and his business with complete control. However, a mysterious health crisis plunges his world into chaos.

Banished from Chicago by Antonio fifteen years earlier, Brianna Mancini returns to the Windy City to take control of Antonio's dynasty and bring together their three sons. Emboldened by the power she has developed during her time away in Europe, Brianna plans to unite her sons so they can run the Mancini empire alongside her.

The Mancini brothers, however, want nothing to do with their mother who abandoned them years earlier. They have their own challenges to overcome. Putting the future of Mancini Global in jeopardy due to a bad business deal, Justin Mancini, the eldest son, scrambles to correct the problem rather than experience his father's wrath. Having left the family business behind years ago, Derek Mancini prefers to focus on his wife Joyelle and their future together, which is now at risk due a revelation from his past. At the same time, the longtime rivalry between the Mancini and Caruso families erupts once again. Sexy identical twins Gino and Marco Caruso, along with their father and aunt, run Caruso International. While Marco is obsessed with destroying the Mancinis and settling a family debt that is generations old, Gino hopes to bring the feud to an end peacefully while he struggles to hide his romantic feelings for Emmett Mancini.
